Register with EP Physie 2024

All members must pay the EPPhysie registration directly to EPPhysie before attending your first class. This ensures you are covered by insurance. Payment is due at time of registration and is non-refundable. See Registration instructions below.

Registration Instructions
To complete the member’s 2024 registration:

Go to www.epphysie.com

From the "Members" menu at the top of the page, click on ‘Registration’

Click on ‘Register Today’

This takes you to the Members section.

Existing members need to log in.

New members need to create a new Members Log In Account, and then log in.

Once you are logged into the Members section, click on ‘Register Now'. This takes you to the Registration Dashboard.

To complete the Registration Information form and payment:

New member click on "+ New Registrations".

Existing members click on ’View, Update & Renew Registration’.

You will need to repeat this process for each family member.
Rego costs cover public liability, insurance, music royalties, link to access practice videos and all champion girl competitions.

Creative / Active Kids Vouchers
If you are using a Creative or Active Kids Voucher please pay the full fee amount. You will receive a refund once the voucher has been provided to your teacher and processed.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Competition Attire

All members will be required to purchase a competition leotard and silver ballet shoes for individual competition and a team leotard if selected to compete in a team.

Girls and ladies above 15yrs of age are to purchase fishnet/shimmer tights to wear at competition.
Please talk to your teacher prior to purchasing a leotard!

Merchandise
Club track suits and practice wear are made available throughout the year. While these are not compulsory they are recommended.
​
Interclubs
Throughout the year other Physie clubs host Interclubs in preparation for official zone competitions. There are a maximum of 3 per year and encouraged but not compulsory. The cost involved is on average $15 per competitor and spectator costs are on average $10 entry.
ADDITIONAL CLASSES
Private Lessons
Once the syllabus has been taught in its entirety (before the end of Term 2) private lessons are available to members on a first come first served basis. Private lesson prices are $40/45 mins or $50/1hr paid directly to the teacher at time of lesson.

Additional Team Practices
If required, additional practice for teams may be required. If you are selected for a team, these extra lessons will incur a modest fee calculated to cover the additional venue hire fee.
